🚚 Service Options

• To Door (Fronte Strada) – delivery to the building entrance or curbside.
  

Small parcels (under 30 kg / 0.3 m³), such as single chairs or accessories, benefit from special reduced shipping rates, starting from €12 depending on the destination zone.

⏱️ Delivery Times

In-stock products: estimated 7–14 working days across Italy (3–5 days for Veneto and nearby regions).

Made-to-order products: approximately 6 weeks of production plus the shipping time depending on the zone.

You will receive tracking information and delivery updates as soon as your order leaves our warehouse.

📝 Additional Information

Deliveries to historic centers, pedestrian areas, islands, or upper floors without elevator may incur additional charges.

Delivery times may vary for remote or restricted traffic zones (ZTL).

Pickup from our warehouse in Eraclea (VE) is always free and available by appointment.
