On the way to success
I am Michael Brodsky, the owner of three furniture factories in Ukraine and their representative in EU — Veneto Italia Srl.
In 1993, my Italian partner Aldo Arpi and I founded the first modern mattress production in Ukraine in the city of Cherkasy.
Based on the Veneto factory in Cherkasy, the production of high-quality upholstered furniture, bed frames and sofa transformation mechanisms was created. Next step was creation of modern production of molded plywood components.
We have invested more than 4 million Euro in Bukovinska Lamel factory in Krasnoilsk, on the border with Romania since 2016.
In 2023, Dniprowood factory, a manufacturer of solid oak and ash furniture, as well as high-quality engineered flooring in Berdichev, was purchased to became part of our group of companies to fully satisfy the needs of customers for upholstered furniture, solid wood furniture, chairs, floors, creating interior solutions.
Our clients include such well-known companies as Jysk (Denmark), Andre Renault (France), Simire (France).

Bukovynska Factory of molded plywood components LAMEL
Factory has been established in 2016. Since then more than 4 million euro have been invested in modern equipment and construction works.
At present time 70 highly qualified workers and engineers are involved in technological process starting from beech wood logs cooking and peeling till production of components for chairs and other products.
Factory passed FSC certification.
In order to achieve high efficiency of the production TOYOTA production system has been implemented.
The factory has it own design department, which allow making almost any type of the components.
Two 5- axis BACCI CNC routers along with 11 Italpress/ORMA high frequency presses insure high level of production capacity.
Molded plywood components can be lacquered, oiled or veneered with any wood species veneer.

VENETO GROUP LLC Cherkasy
Veneto Group LLC starts its history in 1993 when the founder Mr. Michael Brodsky launched furniture business in Ukraine in cooperation with Italian partner Aldo Arpi. He created first modern mattress factory in Ukraine and then developed it in well-known furniture producer.
At present time factory in Cherkasy includes:
- large 8000 sqm metal working department to produce all metal parts for the furniture
- mattress factory with capacity of up to 4000 mattresses per month
- upholstered furniture department for sofas and beds production
Factory in Cherkasy possesses ISO, BSCI and FSC certificates.
Since 2020 chairs production launched.
Such well known companies as Jysk, Andre Renault are among the clients of Veneto Group LLC.
PJSC “Dniprowood” was founded in 2000 and since that time has recommended itself as reliable supplier of furniture and flooring to the number of clients from Finland, Sweden, Denmark, Norway, Belgium, Italy, Netherlands, Great Britain and Israel.
More than 150 qualified workers and engineers are producing furniture and flooring from the hardwood species such as oak and ash. Other species are also possible to use. The design department at the factory, which allows implementing any designs required by customer.
The company seriously consider ecological standards of wood origin.
Since 2010 Dniprowood possesses FSC certificate.
